dap e4d882b4bc chore: 移除 backend-mock 应用及相关配置 
移除不再使用的 backend-mock 应用，包括其源代码、配置文件、依赖项以及相关的构建任务。
同时从工作区配置和 TurboRepo 构建管道中删除对该应用的引用。
