dap 72a62fa77f perf(vite-config): 添加手动分包以优化antdv-next的加载性能 
将antdv-next库配置为独立分包，避免其代码与其他业务代码混合，提升缓存利用率和首屏加载速度。同时更新web-antd项目的环境配置，统一生产环境构建参数。
