chore: 移除文档站点及其相关资源

Browse Source 
- 删除 docs 目录及其所有内容，包括文档源码、图片、组件示例和配置
- 从 pnpm-workspace.yaml 中移除 docs 工作空间
- 从 vben-admin.code-workspace 中移除 docs 项目
- 从 package.json 中移除与文档相关的构建和开发脚本
- 清理不再需要的文档依赖和构建配置
