9fe875355a fix: 修复构建脚本中的进程执行问题 
- 移除平台特定的 pnpm 命令路径检测逻辑
- 统一使用 'pnpm' 命令执行
- 启用 shell 模式以正确处理命令执行
- 确保子进程继承正确的标准输入输出流

72a62fa77f perf(vite-config): 添加手动分包以优化antdv-next的加载性能 
将antdv-next库配置为独立分包，避免其代码与其他业务代码混合，提升缓存利用率和首屏加载速度。同时更新web-antd项目的环境配置，统一生产环境构建参数。
